Bug #2479 (unable to open tabs after sleep) reoccurred on latest version

What happened?

Issue #2479 (and other related issues), where tabs couldn't be clicked on or switched to after sleeping, were fixed in 1.0.1-a17. However, after updating to a19 the issue came back for me. The issue is the exact same as #2479, requiring closing Zen and reopening to be able to click on tabs again.

Alt-Tab, Ctrl-1/2/3 does not work either to switch tabs.

I'm unsure how to make logs.

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
