We currently have the maps disabled from the menu system.

campaign doesn't support .mapinfo

Unfortunately, the campaign system also lacks any support for 'bonus' stages (the minus worlds), skipping ahead via the 1-2 pipes should still work, but it would be a shame to see the minus worlds go.
