squiggly seekbar behaviour

Feature description

The squiggly seekbar shall show a bounce effect upon previous or next button clicks, like how it natively does on Android. Right now the seekbar abruptly jumps to the starting position. It's not as much a bug as a neglected inconsistency which qualifies it for a feature, i believe.

Why do you want this feature?

looks beautiful, more aesthetic. makes transitions consistent and not abrupt. :/
