FR: YouTube extract/summarise plugin

I would like to request a plugin that allows extracting audio from video by passing the URL, and optionally transcribe/summarise it (on explicit request) - so that's kept in context (most likely requires #49 to be implemented first)

Sure, I will design a plugin development guide. If you have a coding background, you are welcome to submit a pull request. Of course, I will also implement this feature myself. This feature has been added to the development plan. If there is any further progress on this feature, you will be notified here.
