Bug: Flickering settings pane/group

Describe the bug
The settings group flickers and feels like it’s reloading the options none stop, for example when trying to select which app to receive notifications for, it starts flickering icons and text changes from a group to the other (whatsapp icon with Telegram text or Safari icon with Google Chrome text) or for example the show escape key option it flickers so much that you can’t know what you select, Hide shows up twice etc.
