What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.says Safari cannot download
2.don't want to jailbreak
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hoping to download says safari cannot download

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ipad 2 version 7.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, looking to set up with icade Christmas 
gift.
