Expected behavior
Add a blurred background layer that sits behind the window to create a blurred background illusion.

GNOME Shell version: 3.30.2
Distribution: Zorin OS 15.3 (Core)
Wayland or Xorg session: Xorg
Base: Ubuntu 18.04 "Bionic Beaver"
