Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues.

Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

This query already has all the data related to PRs available.
Netx step would be to creat a changelog sorted by sections like it was in openpype

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancement?

Testing
Merge Pull Requests
Implement section order in repo variable
One repo var per section to store PR label names
