Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Collect instance and their context (folder, task, product name/type) before CollectorsOrder - 0.2, or as early as CollectorsOrder - 0.49 if possible.

Collection of instances should happen as soon as possible during publishing logic.

Suggested implementation?

Change order of collecters that do create instances and make a research if and what it break if there is anything.
