Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Unreal loading editorial_pkg product into sequencer as new layer

After product will be avalable after publishing from Resolve

Design questions
Should we track the product's development phases? As it moves between UE and Resolve, we want to keep everything within the same product that will be exchanged.
From Resolve, we'll get an OTIO and a single file mp4 as a reference.
From UE, we'll publish an OTIO file with multiple video files as resources.

User story
Unreal loader should offer plugin
Loading will place a new layer on top using a reference video that's been cut according to the OTIO file. The editorial package includes both the OTIO and an MP4 representations that matches the edit from the OTIO file.
new layer in current sequencer should appear
new layer should have populated all clips trimmed via OTIO from reference video

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?
