ShotGrid Version types mapping

Current Problem

We use the sg_version_type field to define Version entity types. Right now, we have to add field options by hand for users to publish new versions. During integration, the field value comes from the product type. If an option isn't there, the integration breaks.

Solution

We should put in settings for version type mapping. This way, we can set up options for all product types at once. Then, ShotGrid keys can be made on their own when we sync projects, so no one has to do it by hand.
