Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

We used to have in OpenPype retiming information published in versionData. This is now missing in AYON.

Plugin can be found in ayon-hiero\client\ayon_hiero\plugins\publish_old_workflow\precollect_retime.py it only needs to be implemented again.
