Suggestion for the Microsites Menu UX improvement

Description:
After creating a new or adding an existing block to the Microsites menu paragraph, I see a draggable icon on the block level

However, this paragraph has a limitation, and only one block can be added. This means draggable functionality is not needed there. I suggest hiding this icon and making the interface simpler and lighter.

This a Drupal core item - by default, it is included. For this particular item, you can only have one item and cannot drag and drop. This change should go to Drupal core.
