When editing menu items, a user gets redirected to the first level of menus, not to the list of menu items in a menu they edited. This makes editing a bunch of menu items or setting up a new website a bit more complicated.

  • Go to /admin/structure/menu
  • Click the' Edit menu' button next to a menu you want to edit, i.e., Main navigation
  • Select a menu item you want to edit, i.e., Membership
  • (optional) Make changes to the menu item
  • Save the menu item

ER: Saving a menu item redirects me to the Main navigation menu items list
AR: Saving a menu item redirects me to the list of menus /admin/structure/menu

Next steps for this item are to search Drupal.org to see if this has already been discussed/addressed, as well as discuss the impact with Ben McCoy.
