Some projects are missing in Add Projects

GitHub user @dgw reported that https://github.com/sopel-irc/sopel was not included in the Add Projects list.

👋 It's still the case.

I have a theory now, though. Access to that repo is granted to teams, not individual users, so my account doesn't directly have the "Admin" role. Our "Maintainers" team does, and that's how I get it.

I see, that makes a lot of sense. I'll see if I can amend the query to include repositories via teams. Thanks!
