使用actuator需要注意一个问题，/actuator/health会默认检查项目中依赖的一些下游服务的监控检查，比如mail、redis等。如果下游服务挂掉也会引起/actuator/health不健康。可以关掉一些不必要的检测项，具体请查看：springboot官方文档

比如比较常见的因为Mail health check failed反复重启的问题就是这个原因。
