在gitlab中将类型为share的gitlab-runner改变为specific类型后不能将specific类型改变回share类型，只能重新注册

GitLab Bug：如果仓库中的某一分支名(Branch)和标签(Tag)同名，GitLab UI 无法浏览该分支的提交记录(仓库代码)。
