Before creating

  • This is NOT a gameplay feature from Civ VI, BNW, or outside - see Roadmap
  • This is NOT a gameplay feature from Vanilla Civ V or from G&K - If so, it should be a comment in Missing features from Civ V - G&K #4697

Problem Description

always war, always peace, aggressive ai. advanced setting to make game more customizable (fun)

Desired Solution

always war and peace is very self explainatory. for agressive ai,(imo) ai should declare war when power difference is close to equal %75-%80+ or more and they have at least some military units (no turn 1 war), without considering relations and trade, friendship etc. it should compare total power of enemies vs allies so if two equally strong nation is at war a nation much weaker might also join against the one slightly weaker to get some slice.
agressive ai sounds very close to always war so maybe to prevent it from becoming always war let nations make peace if they lose important cities or most of the cities and make them untargetable for war for ai nations for a while so there would be at least 2-3 war before total annihilation.

Alternative Approaches

no idea also ai coding is probably a headache.

Additional Context

always war, always peace, and aggressive ai present in civ4. aggressive ai is basically like always war but no suicidal war declarations from weak nations and no war decleration when a civ doesnt even has military units.(no turn 1 war).
there is always a conflict. but if ai loses most of its military units and some cities they ask for peace. ai generally accepts this to not destroy a nation in single war and let each other live a little longer so you get to late game with other civs.
