The app is blocked from being shared. Unable to share on WeChat. #602

successful authorization but when trying to send, I get "The app is blocked from being shared. Unable to share on WeChat."

It does't make sense because this is a new app and has been approved on the weixin website.

any help is greatly appreciated.
