Ability to autosave only if session is running #174

I might just want to enter vim and edit one file and exit, and not create a new session (which gets created when the autosave option is set to yes).

Basically I'd want to explicitly say when the session should actually saved, similar to how obsession does it.

Otherwise, the autosave option is really useful.
