PrintListener.onMacroBlock does not xmlEncode name and params, this causes 
ill-formed XML from some wiki input.

The printwriter must XMLencode *all* Strings, to ensure well-formed XML.

THe attached "paranoid print listener" escapes everything. THere are only a few 
bugs 
left with illegal Unicode characters such as 0xb and 0xc.
