Astoria-for-Lumia-550

One click Astoria installation:

  1. Download WPinternals: https://github.com/ReneLergner/WPinternals/releases/latest
  2. Download Leaked Image from this Link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1o-Eew2pxV9biXZjINLVk0k9GdvOjpcHw?usp=sharing

Optional: To unlock Bootloader You can use WPinternal with Stock FFU and Emmergency file MPRG8909_fh.ede. If still facing issue, Download the WPinternal Config folder and place them into C:/ProgramData Now try unlocking bootloader, It will unlock in a minute, where it originally takes 15-20 minutes.
