Example DATA not working

I have tried to use the sample data and it doesn't seem to work? Perhaps I am doing something wrong but I seem not to be able to get any collinearity.

@Dearbhaile You are not doing anything wrong. Example data does not work. Interestingly, the data format of the example files are not matching with the data format suggested.

Hi, I want to ask, do you by any chance have some example data, that match the format suggested? I'm struggling with this now, since in the description of the input data there doesn't seem to be a link between protein names in the blast file and the chromosome names in gff/bed file. And with data formated according to the example, the program also doesn't work...
