Header logo file not found

Some users have reported that their logos no longer show on the documents. The error logged is Header logo file not found. The Embed Images options doesn't resolve it either. A user has also mentioned that the issue occurs on versions after 3.8.4

A recent customer I assisted was using remote media instead of local media. In their case, simply forcing the use of URLs instead of file paths resolved the issue.
