Suggested functionality for total items and pages count

Hi there,

As I was looking to get the count of all orders in my case, I saw that this information wasn't returned. From the documentation I checked that the total count and total pages are returned in the headers. Header field names are: "X-WP-Total", "X-WP-TotalPages". This is only a suggestion. Thanks!
