option to reuse an existing directory so smoke runs can be interrupted and restarted? #2

This whole process isn't the fastest thing and particularly when finding out that certain things like to get stuck it would be nice to be able to ctrl+c out, add a skip arg and restart it without the thing starting again from zero.
