Description

In Issue Page (/issues/ISSUE_ID/) to the Spent time field add icon with link to Spend time report.
Its help to have quick access to spend time report, grouped by user.

This link have structure:

/time_entries/report?utf8=✓&set_filter=1&sort=spent_on%3Adesc&f%5B%5D=spent_on&op%5Bspent_on%5D=*&f%5B%5D=issue_id&op%5Bissue_id%5D=~&v%5Bissue_id%5D%5B%5D=ISSUE_ID&f%5B%5D=&group_by=&t%5B%5D=hours&t%5B%5D=&columns=month&criteria%5B%5D=user&encoding=ISO-8859-1
