Accessing Custom Voice Feature

Hi Wit.ai team,

I am interested in using the Custom Voice feature to create a unique voice for my application. I have been working with Wit.ai for some time and I am familiar with its features, including the TTS API.

I understand that the Custom Voice feature is currently in beta and available to select developers. I would like to know more about the eligibility criteria for accessing this feature.

Specifically, I would like to know:

What qualifies as a "Voice SDK developer"?
How can I demonstrate that I am a Voice SDK developer?
What are the steps to request access to the Custom Voice feature?
