Entity keywords being saved as single letters

What is the current behavior?
We saved the entities as keywords. Whenever we add the sentence to the training box, the entities/ keywords appear as single letters
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
1- Write done the sentence "بس ارن ع حدا من الخط بطلعله رقم خاص وانا بدي ياه يظهر الرقم لانو مش رقم شخصي رقم للبزنس" in the training box.

2- Check the entities that are being captured
What is the expected behavior?
The entities were saved as keywords. Therefore, the whole keyword should be captured and not single letters
