[Bug][Critical][Internal Server Error] Unable to create a new tag

What is the current behavior?
Currently, I am unable to create a new tag. When attempting to do so, I receive a 500 Internal Server Error.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

• Log in to the Wit.ai platform.
• Navigate to the specific application where you want to create a new tag.
• Attempt to create a new tag by following the usual process.
• Observe that a 500 Internal Server Error is returned, preventing the creation of the tag.

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior is that a new tag should be created successfully without encountering an error.
