Feature idea: keep the app alive on error; close otherwise

It would be really cool to have a way to keep the chromeapp alive when there is an error, but close all the test infrastructure when there isn't an error. For debugging/writing new integration tests, this could speed up test re-running time (+ @salomegeo who would like this).
