UK Solax X1 Hibrid 5 KW (x2) parallel system - power network shut me down

Hi

This isn't a query about the integration, but I'm hoping to find some other enthusiasts here.
I'm in the UK and trying to get my Parallel system commissioned, but the power network has come to inspect the system and has left it shut down due to my system failing the G100 tests.
somewhere between failsafe tests failing (when the CT clamp is removed) and the voltage fluctuating when in parallel mode. Has anyone else had similar issues?
It doesn't seem to be isolated to me, as I know of a couple of other instances that have it, so wanted to ask a wider community.
