Pings not silenced on Discord

When a user sends a message from a side of the bridge other than Discord that is a valid mention format, the bot will ping the user/role. This even works for everyone pings.

Bridged messages should be using a mention whitelist.

@williamhorning are there any plans at all to actually fix this bug? It's a deal-breaker for any reasonable server owner if bridged messages can ping users.

i do plan on fixing this eventually, but it'll take a while since i don't have a ton of time to work on the bot
