Great work!

Maybe this makes navigating the map results more easier, when the user want to browse the results on the map and doesn't care about the list anymore.

Minimization is triggered either when

single tap on an emtpy spot on the map
swipe down the filter bar (between map and result list)

The list or single item view pops up again either when

tap on the list in its minimized form
tap on any result marker on the map
swipe up on the filter bar

Maybe I forgot something and there already exist better models of implementing something like that.
