Part of #5803

We want to understand whether we can use AWS Neptune to provide a graph database, or whether an existing Neo4J community edition in AWS.

We should assess for both solutions:

  • Ease of use
  • Cost

A tech spike to create, populate and query a graph database in AWS with some investigation into pricing.

An output of this could be an RFC.
