What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

The browser language preference isn't chosen by default. This works as intended following #2230 in Chrome.

Reproduction instructions

  1. Set Firefox language preference to "Spanish (Mexico) [es-mx]"
  2. Restart Firefox
  3. Open dev.browsertrix.com in new private window. Observe that language remains English instead of Spanish

Additional details

This might be specific to this FF version, as @emma-sg could not replicate.
