Can't dump live DB using same username and password as in WordPress #36

I've setup the task to use the same database username and password as in wp-config.php but I keep encountering the same error 1045 in the SQL dump: "Access denied for user 'username'@'xxx.xxx.xxx.xx' (using password: YES) when trying to connect"
