Straight up just doesn't want to install apps no more.

Previously it would timeout and then i'd have to redo the developer options, now it just gets stuck in "Please wait" and never does anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do all the steps required on initial TV setup
2. Grab an app and install it
3. Stuck in "Please wait" message

Expected behavior
Actually install the app.

Additional context
TV is running webOS 4.10.0
My device runs Windows 10 22H2

Workaround:
ssh to tv (prisoner) and execute:
curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/webosbrew/webos-homebrew-channel/main/tools/install.sh | sh -

For other experiencing similar problem. I was able to install homebrew with the one-liner above, but I was unable to install youtube adfree afterwords through menu on the tv. Had to use WebOS Dev Manager on my computer to get it done. Cheers!
