章節中對於「可用性 Availability」的著墨比較少，自己對於可用與可靠兩個指標也比較容易搞混，我自己的認知是通常一個可靠的系統應該也要是高可用的，但是一個系統如果達到高可用卻不能保證它是可靠的，不知道這樣的理解對不對？

可靠性（Reliability）是指定時間 t 內，產生正式輸出的機率。
可用性（Availability）是指系統的運作時間，工作時間比總時間，一般用百分比表示，例如99.999%（5個9）。
可維護性（Serviceability）是指若系統發生故障，需要多長時間檢查和維修。
