This extension allows admin to configure alternate interface for the contribution pages in CiviCRM

Once the extension is installed, visit Administer » CiviContribute » Simple Donate Configuration in the menu and select which contribution pages you wish to use Simple Donate with.
Navigate to "Contributions » Simple Donation Pages" or navigate to < your site url >/civicrm/simple/donation/pages?reset=1 to access your simple donation pages.
If the Simple Donate page doesn't render, check your Extension Resource URL setting at Administer » System Settings » Resource URLs.
