Larva testcases should be automatically run as part of CI workflow, similar to how it was implemented for https://github.com/wearefrank/morcoreintegration/tree/main/.github/workflows. The Larva tests should be run in both the CI workflow and the CI part of the release workflow.

When Larva tests fail, it should be easy to figure out which ones went wrong and why.
