Why time picker is not using declared material colors?

Im partially using Material theme in my application.
Why date picker is using its default colors, instead of my declared material colors?

I tried to use library in empty project using Theme.MaterialComponents.DayNight.NoActionBar theme. Then I could set colors by primary, secondary and accent colors.
In primary app I cannot change style, so then how can I style up popup?
