gitlab package not appearing on Package Control

Hi,

This bug follows wbond/package_control_channel#8249.

The following package (hosted on gitlab) is correctly install-able if set as "package repository", but fails to display on the package control website after almost 20 days:

@Jiehong I believe that once this PR https://github.com/wbond/package_control/pull/1574/files is merged, then this issue can be resolved once it is deployed on the PC website

This seems to appear now, but the readme is not displayed in packagecontrol.io: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Jq

Yet, a README.md file is present in the repository: https://gitlab.com/jiehong/sublime_jq/-/blob/master/README.md

Should I open a different bug report for that?
