Hi, i was installing Sublime Text 3 from scratch and installed the latest version of Package Control from the official site. When i copied over the Packages/user dir and restarted it fails to download exactly 1 package with this error:

This is the first time i had any issues downloading packages and all other ones (with some also hosted on GitHub) downloaded fine. This exact issue seems to be specific to GitHub abandoning TLSv1 but i saw no other issue which mentioned this exact error.
