现在框架自带的submitTokenInterceptor，实际上需要：

事先调用SubmitTokenService#get方法生成token,
然后在提交的时候，用此token作为ticket参数的值

是否可以实现一个根据当前用户和请求地址生成key，自动判断频繁提交的拦截器？
