Sprinkles function for only static properties

What about a new function that works only with staticProperties?

My thinking is, if staticProperties are returned, they only return class names. They don’t need to set custom props inline. These class names could be used with the official VE ecosystem like the official Sprinkles package can be.

Is this an idea people would be interested in? We could use the existing Rainbow Sprinkles for our Box components, but still use staticProperties in VE style functions, etc.
