You'll find work in progress notes that might help fill out the doc, use your best judgement on what else belongs. Don't worry too much about linking -- that can be done when all documents are finished.

Attempted to close in #67:

i've removed the mobility doc because much of how it helps careers is in there. It doesn't feel like enough content to warrant a whole document though I've written drafts a couple times on mobility through aux. Feels too ethereal / unproven / not good grounding in examples for me to paint a meaningful picture.
