Add OpenCycleMap as a layer #1025

The OpenStreetMap-based OpenCycleMap is often a lot more detailed and actual than Google, especially for cycling.

Would it be possible to add it as an optional layer in user_location_setlocation.js, and maybe even have a user preference to have it as default?
