Support for Remark42

There is no support for self-hosted comment systems.

I suggest to add support for Remark42 (https://github.com/umputun/remark42). This is cool system written in Go with tons of features (as Hugo btw).

Actually, Eureka supports commento which is a self-hosted comment system. But I am happy to see more systems to be supported. Due to the large volume of possible comment systems, I can not add them all by myself. And any PR is welcome!
