Utterances and comments

Just so I am clear, I set up the utterances in params as follows:

# nano config/_default/params.yaml

comment:
handler: utterances

repo: username/repo
Issue-term: title
theme: eureka

then I go to /archetypes/default.md to make it so each post has comments enabled and put this in the front matter:

---
title: "{{ replace .Name "-" " " | title }}"
date: {{ .Date }}
draft: true
enableComment: true
---

I also installed utterances on the repo. So am I missing something? I am just running it locally right now, does it have to be hosted on github pages to get this to work?
